Toy Library Aims

The Balsall Heath Toy Library’s aims and objectives are:

1. Provide children access to good quality play and learning opportunities, helping progress towards early learning goals

2. Promote the use of libraries by families with young children

3. Support children identified as having speech and language difficulties, to assist in reducing the percentage of children requiring specialist intervention

4. Promote Children’s Centre services in the community
