Counselling helps you to understand and cope better with the stresses and strains of life.

Balsall Heath Children’s Centre offers a free, confidential counselling service. All counsellors are fully qualified and work to the BACP code of ethics.

Counselling sessions are held on a 1-to-1 basis and are available every day.

What to expect?
When you first contact the centre about counselling one of the trained counsellors will arrange an initial session for you to come along and talk about what support you need and what support can be offered to you. During this session you will also work out the best times for future sessions.
