Phoenix Group

This is a support group aimed at women who are suffering from post natal depression or mothers who may be feeling lonely or isolated and will benefit from group support. The aim of the group is to build a supportive, therapeutic environment where women feel comfortable and safe to explore their feelings. The sessions are led by a qualified counsellor, with different activities offered centering around the women’s well being. Sessions take place in the Children’s Centre Training Room every Wednesday during term-time from 12.30pm to 2.00pm. Creche support is offered for these sessions.
