TENS Machine Hire from Balsall Heath Children’s Centre

TENS is an alternative, drug free method of pain relief for expectant mothers. Please be aware this service is only available for mothers registered with Balsall Heath Children’s Centre.

Cost is £15 for the hire of the machine and cost of replacement pads, £10 is returned on receipt of the machine

Elle TENS Unit
Using the latest technology, this easy to use, pre-set TENS unit offers maximum pain relief during labour and beyond. The Elle TENS has been designed to give complete flexibility and control throughout labour. Both channels have their own intensity keys. Electrodes can be adjusted separately in the mid back and lower back further enhancing control over the pain. At the onset of a contraction, simply press the integrated boost button for that extra surge of power needed to combat the pain.
