Women Together

This is a women-only group centering on exercise and relaxation.

This service allows the clients to have a substantial segment of time away from their usual routine, in a supported learning and activity based environment, while still looking after themselves and their children.

A shared lunch is provided during the session and limited creche spaces are available.

The session runs from 10.00am – 2.00pm and is aimed at pregnant women and mothers who are registered at the Children’s Centre.
