Young Parents Group

Balsall Heath Children’s Centre has re-launched our Young Parents Group with a 10-week rolling programme during term-time only. This group provides an opportunity for young parents under the age of 25 to build friendships, discuss how their children are developing and share parenting strategies that have worked for them.

The course has been developed following feedback from young parents who have attended previous sessions.
The sessions are aimed at parenting skills, educational needs, confidence building and to be able to have time for themselves. Information is provided on training opportunities as well as a range of sessions from DIY to Nutrition.

The Young Parents Group runs on Thursdays from 1.00pm-3.00pm in the Children’s Centre Training Room.
