St Paul's Venture

St. Paul’s Venture had its origins over 30 years ago when some local residents persuaded the City Council to let them convert a derelict bomb site into a play space for children.

‘The Venture’, is situated on the same site as the Children’s Centre which is off Clifton Road in Balsall Heath. It’s a lovely building with a city farm attached and surrounding play areas that include a sports pitch and grassed areas for play with fixed play equipment. We have rooms that are used for a variety of play services, education and community events. We work closely with the Children’s Centre and Youth Services, accepting referrals for children needing play opportunities and referring children that have outgrown us to services provided by the Youth Team.
