Central and Community Services

Central and Community Services is based in Hertford Street and provides a variety of services for all St Paul’s departments and for the community. GT is particularly involved in facilitating and co-ordinating the various sections within St Paul’s Community Development Trust.

The staff fulfil a number of roles and tasks, which include reception; administration; personnel; payroll; finance and the co-ordination of St Paul’s dual use facilities of buildings and equipment. CCS is also responsible for the co-ordination of various local events, and assists with the Balsall Heath Carnival. In addition it liaises with statutory and voluntary agencies throughout Balsall Heath and the wider area.

The ccs team aims to assist not only St. Paul’s Trust, but outside organisations as well. As a department it takes a lead in developing new initiatives for community growth and development. In addition, CCS aims to be a source of information and referral for members of the public.
