Annual Leave
6 weeks paid annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays(pro rata for part time staff).

Childcare Facilities
There are childcare facilities on site for the age range 0-14 years. St Paul’s Nursery for children aged 0-5 years. St Paul’s Venture runs after school clubs and playscheme provision on a number of sites. There is holiday provision in the Youth Base for 10-14 years.
Childcare Voucher Scheme/Salary Sacrifice
Staff may opt to accept up to £243 per month less in salary, that £243 is then paid direct to their registered child care provider. There is a saving of up to £80 per month as tax and NI is not paid on the £243. There are conditions that apply and it is not suitable for all members of staff.
Stakeholder Pension Scheme
Staff are eligible to join the Friends Provident pension scheme once they have been employed for 3 months. The Trust pays a 3% contribution into the pension, staff must pay a minimum of £20 per month.
Annual Staff Conference
The Annual Staff Conference is a whole day event where staff from all departments meet to discuss as best ways in which the Trust can develop its services.
Charity Fundraising Committee and Events
The committee looks at ways of raising money for other charities that staff have an interest in. Committee members are always welcome.
Payroll Giving Scheme
This is a way of giving to a charity through your salary. Payroll donations are non taxable so a £5 donation could only cost you a reduction of about £3.50 through your wage packet.
Second Bank Account
There is the option to have part of your salary being paid into a second bank account.
