This months Balsall Heathan is filled to the brim with community news and features. For those who could not attend this years Balsall Heath Carnival and for those who simply want relive some of the days events in pictures there is a full colour four-page insert.

Balsall Heath Library which has now been reopened since is much needed refurbishment is playing host to a further selection of this years Balsall Heath Carnival photographs through an exhibition of photographs taken by local photographer Tom Fenn.
