In this months Balsall Heathan the Friends of Balsall Heath Park show how a park in the dark can be a place of exciting and magical activities while Islamic Help and Riverside Church provide cheer for local residents through surprise visits.

A celebration of achievements as part of International Women’s Day saw delegates enjoying a day of inspiring presentations, wonderful cuisine, advise and guidance and well deserved pampering.
