For Balsall Heath City Farm lambing season is something that happens elsewhere in the farming community. That is until this February when a lamb was unexpectedly discovered by staff on a Monday morning at the end of the month.
The happy sight of the healthy lamb has left the organisation with the task of finding a name for the new member of the Farm. With the Trust busy raising funds for a much needed mini bus, Farm staff are offering everyone the chance of paying £1 to help in the naming by putting their suggestions in a hat with the selection taking place on March 11th at 12 noon.
If you would like to be in with a chance of choosing the name then come down to the Farm just off Clifton Road at the St. Paul’s Venture and enter your suggestion before the draw.
