Talking Together Stay and Play is where we provide opportunities for both parents and children to learn English through play and fun activities.

Stay and Play is a fun environment where children aged 0-5 come along with their parents/carers and take part in play activities in a stimulating environment.

Stay and Play offers structured and informal activities including reading, writing, creative play, singing and outdoor play, designed to support children’s early years learning, improve English language skills, encourages children to be creative and learn how to express themselves and to develop social skills. It also helps children to develop their personal and emotional skills.

This early year’s learning, helps children grow in confidence and prepares them for the next step in their lives.

These stay and play sessions are welcoming to all children and families who have English as an additional language. The stay and play session also aims to help provide support and techniques to parents on how they can help their child at home to help develop their English and Home language skills.
